The Fearless Conference, now in its second year, is a two-day event in Philadelphia for career-driven women to come together in an explosion of inspiration and ambition. From creative entrepreneurs to corporate executives looking to learn from one another, the women who attend are fearless and driven. They believe in taking chances and investing in their own futures. They’re trailblazers in their respective fields and industries, and they’re ready to make connections, share their stories and listen to what others have to teach them.
Guests have the option of attending either one day of the conference or the full weekend. The first day of the conference (Saturday, October 1st, 2016) will focus on hands-on workshops led by local, Philadelphia-based business owners and thought leaders followed by a fun happy hour. The second day of the conference (Sunday, October 2nd, 2016) will start off with a delicious brunch followed by inspirational speakers and panelists. Tickets will be limited due to space, so don’t wait and grab your spot to The Fearless Conference today!
The Fearless Conference is for the creatives, the dreamers and the focused. We’ve crafted the content of the workshops and panels so that you leave feeling energized and ready to take your business or career to the next level.
Led by some of Philadelphia’s top thought leaders, the first day of our conference will be workshop-based at WeWork where we’ll have you setting strategic goals, learning growth hacks and developing new systems for your career.
Girls compete, women collaborate. We love bringing women together, and we encourage attendees to be open-minded and supportive with one another. Don’t be surprised if a few collaborations are created from this weekend.
A Fun Ass Weekend
We’ll be announcing new speakers, sponsors, activities and surprises for the conference so stay tuned. But for now, all we can say is come ready to join our girl gang of awesome women and enjoy a weekend you won’t forget.

From Past Attendees
Sara Ann Kelly
"The Fearless Conference was made for the modern girlboss. Surrounded by women taking charge to improve their lives and their businesses, I couldn't help but be caught up by the infectious energy. The content was truly unique, offering insight from all levels of badass women doing THEIR thing. I am so looking forward to attending this year's conference!"
-CEO of SAK PR
"I had no idea what I was in for when I said yes to moderate a panel last year at Fearless. I got all the perks of a conference (networking, meeting like-minded people, etc.) without any of the pretenses. I loved how everyone was so real with me about their life experiences, fears and goals. It felt more like attending a friend's dinner party than anything else."
-CFO at Squareknot
"One of my biggest takeaways from last year's Fearless Conference was the importance of surrounding yourself with people who inspire you, and that's exactly what Fearless does. The energy is unreal...Nothing is as exciting or empowering as being surrounded by a group of women who share the same desire to be creative and kick ass. Can't wait to attend again!"
"I had a phenomenal experience at The Fearless Conference last year. As a sponsor, we were able to engage and share our services with amazing, career-focused women here in Philly. The conference also elevated my work and personal brand to a new level and through it, I have made lasting connections that I still keep in touch with."
-Director of PR at Society of Grownups
"The Fearless Conference gave me an opportunity to meet and speak with some pretty rad thought leaders (like Miki Agrawal and Yasmine Mustafa), as well as share my experiences with an inquisitive, adventurous, voracious and open audience. There was no posturing and no egos -- only learning and sharing. Would definitely go again."
-Founder of Oat Foundry
"I was honored to be both a speaker and attendee at The Fearless Conference and would highly encourage you to attend! I've attended quite a few conferences either centered around women or courage and none hold a candle to the Fearless Conference. I laughed, I learned, I was inspired and I left with so many new friends."
